To apply for a credit card account, applicants must:
- Be the age of majority in your state or territory of residence
- Have a valid, government-issued tax identification number (such as an SSN or SIN)
- Have a street, rural route or APO/FPO mailing address (no P.O. Box addresses)
- Have a valid, government-issued photo ID

The USA PATRIOT Act requires all credit card applicants to provide a physical street address. Therefore, an application must be processed using a physical address, not a P.O. Box. Should you need to update your address after account opening, call the Comenity Capital Bank Care Center at the phone number in the credit card program’s Credit Card Agreement.
You will have access to your account details 24/7 and can sign up for paperless statements with reminder emails to make the payment each month you have a balance.
You will receive your welcome letter within 10 - 14 business days of approval.
Comenity Capital Bank provides approved applicants with the highest credit limit possible based on your creditworthiness upon opening the new account.

Yes, you will need to present your Unity™ loyalty card for all Hard Rock transactions. The credit card does NOT replace the loyalty card.
With all payment methods you can use your loyalty card and earn 3 Unity Points for every $1 spent in any participating Hard Rock Cafe and non-casino hotel locations, and 1 Unity Point for every $1 spent on all other non-gaming spend in Casinos. Unity Point earning rates for gaming at our casinos will vary at each casino based on your individual game play.
