Program Information

Unity by Hard Rock is a global loyalty program unlike any other. For the first time in our 50 year history, you can earn incredible rewards while staying, dining, shopping, gaming and doing what you love at participating Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, and Casinos – anywhere in the world.

We wanted to create a loyalty program that is built around the entire Hard Rock Universe. Our goal is to offer you a more personalized and rewarding loyalty experience through a unified program that is unlike any loyalty program in the world.

Hard Rock Rewards has been retired as of July 11, 2022.

Seminole Wild Card has been retired as of September 27, 2022.

Wild Card Rewards will retire when Unity by Hard Rock launches at the participating property. Continue using your Wild Card Rewards account until Unity by Hard Rock rolls out at your location.

Yes, membership in Unity by Hard Rock is completely free.

To create a new Unity by Hard Rock account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to our sign up page to create a new account.
  2. Fill in the required information.
  3. Once you have filled out the form, click on the "Create Account" button.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your email address. Click on the link to complete the signup process and activate your online account.

After completing the signup process, you can log in to your new Unity by Hard Rock account and start enjoying the benefits, including exclusive offers, discounts, and promotions at participating Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock locations worldwide.

As a member, you are recognized at every participating Hard Rock location around the world and enjoy special tier-based benefits that get better the more you participate.

Unity Tiers

Tier Credits are a measure of your progress toward your next Unity Tier status. They are earned based on your total gaming or non-gaming qualifying spend in a calendar year (January 1st through December 31st). You earn 1 Tier Credit for every $1 spent in participating cafes and hotels, as well as on dining and retail outside of the cafe. Tier Credit earning rates will vary at each casino based on your game play.  Total annual tier Credits = Tier Score.  Your Tier Score will reset at the beginning of each year.   

There are four (4) levels of Unity by Hard Rock membership. Benefits increase as you move through the different Unity Tiers.

The four (4) Unity Tiers are: Star, Legend, Icon, and X.

You can advance to the next Unity Tier by earning Tier Credits through qualifying spend at participating locations. The higher your Unity Tier, the better your benefits become.

Below are the corresponding Tier Credits for each Unity Tier: 

Tier 1: Star: 0 – 3,999 Tier Credits

Tier 2: Legend: 4,000 – 14,999 Tier Credits

Tier 3: Icon: 15,000+ Tier Credits

Tier 4: X:  by Invitation only

Log in to Unity by Hard Rock website or the Unity mobile app to check your Tier Credits and Unity Points balances, plan future visits, access special promotions, and much more!

You can also check your Tier Credit and Unity Point balances at a player’s club or kiosk where available at participating locations.

Tier Credits are earned within a calendar year (January 1 – December 31) and are used to calculate your Unity Tier status which starts on the following March 1st.

Tier Status must be earned each year to maintain your status for the following calendar year.

Your Tier Credits will always reset to 0 on January 1 each year.

Unity Points

Unity Points are earned every time you game, purchase food, buy merchandise, or stay the night at one of our Hard Rock hotels. Unity Points work just like cash at any participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming location.

You can earn 3 Unity Points for every $1 spent in any participating cafe and non-casino hotel, and 1 Unity Point for every $1 spent on all other non-gaming spend in casinos. Unity Point earning rates for gaming at our casinos will vary at each casino based on your individual game play.

Your Unity Points will not expire if you have made an eligible purchase within the last 180 days.

Redeeming Unity Points does not reset the expiration date.

The following activities at participating locations are considered qualifying spend and will extend your point expiration dates:

  • Table games play
  • Slot machine play
  • Online gaming
  • Poker play
  • Dining at participation cafes
  • Qualifying stays
  • Purchases at Rock Shop (including online store)

Earn Unity Points on qualifying spend every time you game, purchase food, buy merchandise, or stay the night at one of our Hard Rock hotels.

  • Earn 3 Unity Points for every qualifying $1 spent at participating Cafes, non-casino Hotels and Rock Shops
  • Earn 1 Unity Point for every qualifying $1 spent on all other non-gaming spend in participating Casinos.
  • Earn Unity Points* on gaming in participating Casinos (rates vary by location).

100 Unity Points convert to $1 USD (conversion rates may apply) on qualifying purchases at participating restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges and retail stores. 

Unity Points can be converted to Free Play for Game Play at selected casinos.

†Your Unity Points will remain active as long as you’ve made a qualifying purchase within the last 180 days. Redeeming Unity Points will not keep your unspent points from expiring.

Hotel + Casino Hotel

To earn Unity Tier Credits and Unity Points for hotel rooms, a qualified stay must be booked directly with Hard Rock Hotels. You can also make your hotel reservation via Unity by Hard Rock.

A qualifying stay means a stay at a participating location (excluding any non-qualifying stay) at public or non-public rates, including advanced purchase rates, corporate packaged rates, and government rates booked directly.

Hotel rooms booked through a tour operator or other third-party channel including at a group rate as part of an event, meeting conference or organized tour, at a tour operator, wholesaler, or crew room rate, at a business, employee or friends and family rate, or if the guest room was provided complimentary, are not considered qualifying stays, and will not earn Unity by Hard Rock Tier Credits or Unity Points.

Members can earn Tier Credits and Unity Points for a qualifying stay of up to three (3) rooms per night (member’s room and two (2) additional rooms) within the same participating location.

All Unity by Hard Rock Loyalty Members get exclusive room rates, saving up to 10% just for being a member and booking direct on our website. Log in or quickly sign up for a Unity account to view and book at up to 10% savings.

Cafe

Unredeemed cafe offers are redeemable through their expiration dates.

Yes, you will get priority seating based on your Unity Tier status.

If there is a wait list, Icon and X Tiers will receive priority seating, due to their Tier status, before general guest.

Yes, you will still receive birthday offers. We love when guests celebrate birthdays with us.

Yes, Milestone Pins will be part of Unity by Hard Rock.

Power Bank is an enhanced way to play slots where you can transfer funds right at your favorite slot machine. It allows you to download funds from your Casino Credit and/or front money accounts right at the slot machine.

Participation for Power Bank is FREE. You may participate in the Power Bank Program by completing and signing the Power Bank agreement. You must present your Unity by Hard Rock card and two (2) forms of government-issued photo ID (at least one of which has a photo). Yes, you can earn Unity Points and Tier Credits at participating Rock Shops including online at shop.hardrock.com on every eligible purchase. 

When you visit one of our Rock Shops, all you need to do is give your account number at the checkout counter (hint: download the app and use your digital card). 

When purchasing Hard Rock merch online, make sure you are logged in with your Unity account. Complete your purchase as usual, and the Unity Points and Tier Credits will be automatically credited to your account.

Joining Unity by Hard Rock is quick and easy, and you can sign up online anytime.

If you're new to our loyalty program and haven't been a member of any previous Hard Rock or Seminole Gaming rewards programs, you can create a new account today and start earning rewards right away.

If you already have a Unity by Hard Rock account but haven't logged in before, you'll need to complete your signup and create a new password to access your online account.

If you need to reset your Unity online account password, it's easy to do so. Just click or tap on the "forgot password?" link in the login form, enter your email address and Unity account number, and we'll send you a reset password link via email.

Alternatively, if you have a mobile number on file, you can choose SMS recovery instead. Simply select this option and we'll send you a code via text message that you can use to reset your password.

If you can't remember your Unity by Hard Rock account number, don't worry - we can help you retrieve it quickly.

In our login form, simply click or tap on the "Forgot Account Number?" link. Then, enter your name and email address and we'll send you an email containing your account number.

You can easily keep track of your visits and stays at participating Unity by Hard Rock locations by logging in to your account and navigating to the Visits page. Here, you'll see a map displaying your visits to participating locations.

In the Communication Preferences page, you can select your preferred method of receiving communications - whether it's email or direct mail (post) - for specific participating locations, as well as updates from Unity by Hard Rock, Casinos, Hotels & Resorts, Cafes, and the Rock Shop.

All you have to do is check out our amazing Hotels and Casino Hotels, pick your next destination, log in, and book directly with us to get up to 10% savings. You can use our filter options to narrow down your offers to specific types, including hotel, dining, entertainment, casino tournaments, or special events, as well as filter by date and location.

Make sure your Unity by Hard Rock account number is on your reservation as it is required for the reservation to be linked to your account and to be displayed on your upcoming reservations. 

If you've added your Unity account number to your reservation and it doesn't show up within 24 hours of booking, please contact us.

Log in to Unity and head over to the Reservations page to locate all your upcoming hotel reservations. To make it more convenient for you, you can filter based on specific locations or dates to display only the reservations that you are interested in.

Log in to Unity and head over to the Reservations page to locate all your upcoming casino reservations. To make it more convenient for you, you can filter based on type, specific locations or dates to display only the casino reservations that you are interested in.

To modify or cancel your casino reservations, expand the specific casino reservation on the Reservations page. Then, click on the "Modify" button to edit your reservation selections or click on "Cancel" to cancel the entire reservation.

Hard Rock Games

Yes! All Hard Rock Games products are free to play, with free virtual goods provided regularly to allow continued play. Any purchase of virtual goods is completely optional and not required to play or enjoy any of the products.

Currently, no. This is functionality the Hard Rock Games team is actively working on to enable Unity players to spend Unity Points on virtual goods in-game.

Each game is different in the way a player can earn Unity Points and Tier Credits though all games offer both on select purchases made in the game. You must have your Unity account connected in order to receive any Unity Points or Tier Credits. Every 60 days, you’ll need to re-authenticate your connection from each game by going through the one-time passcode process in-game.

You’ll need an internet connection to download any of the Hard Rock Games apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play store, as well as an active internet connection to play most of the games. The exception is Hard Rock Adventures which, once downloaded, can be enjoyed both online and offline.

In Hard Rock Jackpot Casino & Seminole Social Casino, click on the “Rewards” icon in the main lobby. While in the Rewards Center, click on My Profile in the top right corner. If you are linked, it will show your Unity rewards, if not, it will ask to link your account.

Simply open any supporting Hard Rock Games product on your mobile device or computer (where available) and enter your Unity number or Unity email address plus DOB. Tier Credits are earned at a 1 per $1 spent on virtual goods in any connected Hard Rock Games product. There are also select in-game achievements which can earn a connected Unity account Tier Credits that vary by game.

Currently, Unity Points can be obtained by making select purchases within each game, or through the Rewards Center inside Hard Rock Jackpot Casino. We are actively working on other ways for players to earn Unity Points and Tier Credits through gameplay and will continue to look for new ways for players to earn.

While in many cases, the earned Tier Credits and Unity Points appear in a player’s Unity account almost instantly, we request that players wait up to 24 hours to see their balance correctly updated.

Active Unity by Hard Rock X Card Members are eligible to redeem (1) one complimentary balcony stateroom, including complimentary dining venues and entertainment, up to seven (7) nights to The Bahamas, Bermuda, Caribbean, Mexico and select Alaska and Europe dates on select sailings for the Qualifying tier member and (1) one guest, on Royal Caribbean International OR Celebrity Cruises. To offer more flexibility, a trade in value of $2,500.00 per stateroom can be used toward the purchase of any stateroom not offered on the selected sailings in lieu of the complimentary annual benefit offered with selected itineraries.
